We expect 13 teams.  Below is the schedule for 13 teams.

All games to 13 (no win by 2).  1 Time out per half.  Soft cap horn 
sounds 60 minutes after scheduled start time.  At soft cap horn,
finish the point then add 2 to highest score.  No time outs
in soft cap.  At hard cap horn, finish the point, highest score
wins (if tied, play 1 more point).

Note that in Round 5 above, B1 means the team that finishes in 1st 
place in the pool B.  C2 means the team that finishes in 2nd place
in the pool C.  Same for C1, B2 and the rest.

The A pool has no crossover games.  Below Ax means the team that finishes
in x th place in pool A.

 A1 is 1st seed in championship bracket
 A2 is 6th seed in championship bracket
 A3 is 7th seed in championship bracket
 A4 is in C bracket championship semis (as 2nd seed)
 A5 is in C bracket championship quarters (as 5th seed)

Saturday Crossover play for pools B and C determines who is in
the A championship (and what seed they are) and who is in the
C championship.
